Our goal is to provide clients with prompt, effective service. In order to do so, however, we’ll need to make sure we have the proper forms.

In addition, the owner will need to write a 10-day waiver request that states:

1. Date of loss.
2. Nature of loss.
3. What was impacted.
4. To what extent.
5. Why this event is considered an emergency.
6. Owner signature and phone number.

Please email or fax the letter, and both of the signed authorization forms at your earliest convenience so we can get the permit ordered from the state to begin the abatement.
