In addition, the owner will need to write a 10-day waiver request that states:


1.       Date of loss.

2.       Nature of loss.

3.       What was impacted.

4.       To what extent.

5.       Why is this event considered an emergency.

6.       Owner Signature, phone number

Please email or fax the letter, signed lead awareness page and both of the signed authorization forms at your earliest convenience so we can get the permit ordered from the state to begin the abatement. You can email them to  info@edgeenviro.net or fax them to 303-690-2386 .
